RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At BISHOP X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Products (Vitamins & Supplements):

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • To start a return, contact us at help@bishopxstore.com with your order number

Beauty, Skincare & Hair Care Products:

  • Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened
  • All sales are final on opened products
  • Replacement or refund ONLY if:
    • Product arrives defective or damaged
    • Wrong item was shipped
    • Item never arrived
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

Intimate Wellness, Essential Oils, Pheromones & Adult Products:

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES due to hygiene and health regulations
  • FINAL SALE — all sales are final once the package is opened
  • Replacement or refund ONLY if:
    • Product arrives defective or damaged
    • Wrong item was shipped
    • Item never arrived
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return/replacement
  3. Attach photo evidence if applicable
  4. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
