RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At BISHOP X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Products (Vitamins & Supplements):
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Beauty, Skincare & Hair Care Products:
- Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened
- All sales are final on opened products

- Wrong item was shipped
- Item never arrived
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
Intimate Wellness, Essential Oils, Pheromones & Adult Products:
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES due to hygiene and health regulations
- FINAL SALE — all sales are final once the package is opened

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
